Moonstone Mastiffs. Active Fancier/Breeder/Showing since 1982. Founded by (RIP)Billy Brazeau and Joanne Brazeau. I’m living now in Rockaway Beach with three Mastiffs only. I really miss living with a pack. Not as active as I was in the 1980’s to 2001. I am available to talk to or direct a prospect to a reputable breeder or how to get into showing if that’s what you want. Testing for inherited disease and how to go about it. Or various Mastiff clubs. There are some very fine Mastiffs today that fit the standard. Not all show due to the presence of heavy competitive bullying. Most bullying in this Mastiff world is due to others not testing for disease before breeding. So if you are breeding and not testing, you are considered careless and money oriented. No need to better the breed, as much as the importance is to preserve the breed Standard. I promote the code of ethics held by Regional Mastiff clubs. The code of ethics are not to police you, but are put in place to help insure the health of the Mastiff is first and foremost. One of the main reasons to have a page like this is to follow up on mastiffs of my past and see where they have gone. Long lost relatives are most welcome as well as positively motivated friends of the Mastiff.
